Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Product significantly different from description
How to Request a Return
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with your order ID and photos of the product. We will review and respond within 24 hours.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ7 working days to your original payment method (PhonePe or bank account).
Non-Returnable Items
- Seeds once the packet is opened
- Perishable items like saplings and plants
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Shipping Cost on Returns
If the return is due to our error, we will bear the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
